Project 03
HAWKING HOUSE

A facade that remains silent by day, but at night allows the light of life to seep through.

An internal order that does not relate to the reality outside.

A void that does not relate to anything else, cutting through walls and floors, through the private and the public, through acoustics and through time.

A dwelling in which Stephen Hawking’s thoughts and theories are given form

Course: Dwelling, Work, Climate

Project 02
GRÄNSLAND

To not feel confined in one’s grief, yet neither exposed within it.

An ambiguity that follows from the afterlife.

A reflection that extends above and below ground.

A contrast between the exterior and the interior, clarifying the ambiguity of what awaits.

A place for grief, farewell, and contemplation.

A place where the visitor is allowed to shape their own path through departure, at their own pace and on their own terms.

Course: Landscape, Structure, Movement

Project 01
KIWI

An exploration of the meeting and interaction between two materials. Their interdependent relationship, in which one yields while the other resists.

A constant conflict and a constant interplay.

Course: Composition, Geometry, Scale
